I'm a Yankees fan at heart since my youth....I was wondering if you feel the Yankees will continue on their downside or rebound to make the playoffs once again?
I would have to say the Yankees need to make some moves before the trade deadline to help secure some depth. Their players are really aging and youth is a serious need for this team. How about Barry Zito wearing the penstripes? I say this would be a start.

Well, I can tell you that you're gonna hate to read this, but I'm a Red Sox fan LOL so I hope they keep going the way they are. But they're the Yankees, they'll find a way to make a run at the end, they always do.

Being a Ranger fan, you should be happy Steinbrenner took A-Rods salary off of your hands. Now being a Dodger fan, I really hope the d**n Yanks continue their downfall. I serously doubt it though, they always seem to find a way to work something out.

George can have A-Rod,we made it last year without him.He is a good player, but noone is worth that kind of dough, specially when they only hit's a ball with a stick

Yeah the Rangers made good, by being able to free up A-Rods salary and buy some pitching. No way they win in the west though.

If we had a few desent pitchers we might. We got some suck ass guys though. You can't say we don't have the batters.Soriano and Texeria are both in the top of the league in homeruns.

That's true but coming down the stretch, pitching gets you there.

If the Rangers don't go I'm going for the Twins and the Red Sox.I hope that the Yankee's don't make it.If they don't ol'George will probably fire 95% of the roster and staff.Just goes to show you how much of a greedy bastard he is.

There's already talk that Torre is in trouble, and we all know how Steinbrenner and his managers get along. LOL. ;D

There will be some additions to the roster before or at the trading deadline. A new center fielder will be added and probably a pitcher or two. We will soon find out..

Being that I live in New York, I am indeed a Yankee's fan. The problem with this team is pitching...that simple. Pitching is what has made them successful on their run and it is pitching that makes or breaks them. They were stupid to let Pettite go, stupid to let Lieber go, stupid to let their young pitchers go for a cheap trick. The Yankees won't win anything this year. Jeter is the heart of this team, but the rest of them aside from Mo don't have any. God, I miss hockey!!!!! I can't wait to for hockey at MSG again.
